Can be dropped in 1 empty square to fill that square with tacks. Any wizard or creature entering a square filled with tacks suffer 3 physical damage. This spell is not an attack and cannot be evaded. A wizard or creature starting its turn adjacent to a tack-filled square may spend its entire Move and Cast phase picking up the tacks to re-use later. If dropped tacks are affected di a Water spell, they are washed away and destroyed.
